Jacques Lebahann

Managing Partner

Graduated Ingénieur des Mines (1984) and holding an MBA from INSEAD, Jacques Lebahann is one of the founders of IsraDevEquity in May 2013. Previously Director at SAGE, a world-wide provider of management software, he has worked regularly with major companies in France, including high-tech, multimedia, and financial services.

Jacques has extensive experience in financial management. Founder of Schapira Group in 2006, Jacques is the managing partner in charge of the mergers and acquisitions department. He assists private clients in the reshaping of their ownership. He organizes for them in this context entries of new investment funds to the board, as well as industrial partnerships and alliances.

At IsraDevEquity, he brings his expertise and experience to international investors to help them to develop their investment strategy in Israel, with the aim of identifying and evaluating growth opportunities, and completing the transactions.

 

Ouri Fischel

Managing Partner

Healthcare  executive with substantial business development experience in Pharmaceuticals and Biotech, Ouri is one of IsraDevEquity founders. He is an Executive MBA trainee from the Coleman business school, and holds a MSc degree in Biology.

Following his PhD studies in Pharmacology, he joined Synergix Ltd., a Drug Design Company, as its Chief Operating Officer and VP Business Development where he managed internal pre-clinical research projects out-licensing  and drug discovery collaborative agreements with Pharma giants such as Sanofi-Synthelabo, Aventis and Johnson & Johnson.

Ouri brings more than 15 years extensive BioMed experience in structuring and negotiating complex licensing, development and technology transfer agreements, distribution and supply arrangements,  and other commercial transactions.
